CMM Inspection & Metrology Solutions provides independent product verification for the automotive, aerospace, biomedical, manufacturing, metal stamping, toolmaking and plastic moulding industries. We have over 30 years combined experience in CMM programming, metrology, toolmaking ( press tools, jig & fixtures and plastic injection dies ). With in depth knowledge on GD&T we are well positioned to assist our customers in product inspection verification and calibration. C.I.M.S. can work directly from CAD data in IGES and Parasolid formats or conventional engineering drawings and GD&T. Unlike some competitors using transportable low accuracy 0.1mm manual arm instruments which are prone to numerous errors including cosine errors due to hand controlled vector moves and subject to large temperature swings. At C.I.M.S. we use fully programmable DCC CMM which are N.A.T.A calibrated and operated in a 20°C temperature controlled environment. At C.I.M.S. you always get accurate, precise and repeatable results guaranteed. |
